You Can do your Own Property Searches

Check for Yourself: If you want to see who owns what property or find out about a specific property, you can do this check for yourself.  The Registro Nacional has a web site where you can obtain information on property, cars, people and sociedades (corporations). You can also go in person to the Registro Publico and request copies of the documents.

Whether you use the WEB site or go in person, you will need the name of the property owner, the cedula number of the owner or the folio number of the property.
